1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and kb22 ("kb22", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kb22 website at kb22.club and all associated services, including sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, poker, slots, and any other products offered on the platform.

By accessing the kb22 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the kb22 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Players who are found to be under the legal minimum age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method where operationally possible.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kb22, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Creating an Account

To use the full range of kb22 services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any of the information you provided changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the kb22 platform. Opening or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kb22 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kb22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All personal information provided during registration and subsequently must be truthful and accurate. kb22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information on file. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kb22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform's cashier section. kb22 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large transactions, which may include requests for additional documentation before processing.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification having been completed satisfactorily. kb22 targets a processing time of 60 seconds for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) once all verification requirements are met.

4.4 Currency

4.5 Player Funds

kb22 maintains player funds separately from operational funds. Your account balance represents funds held on your behalf for the purpose of placing bets and playing casino games on the platform. kb22 does not pay interest on player account balances.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kb22 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. kb22 reserves the right to void bets that have been placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error in the odds-setting process.

5.3 Casino and RNG Games

5.4 Live Casino

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bets placed using bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.4 Promotional Changes

kb22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any obligations already incurred under the specific promotion terms. 7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the kb22 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You specifically agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing use of the platform.
• Use the platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Open more than one account or assist another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Use any automated software, bot, script, or other technological tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal human use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the kb22 platform's software or systems.
• Use the kb22 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events covered by the kb22 sportsbook.
• Share, sell, or transfer your kb22 account or account credentials to any other person.
• Exploit any software bug, glitch, or error for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Use the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the kb22 servers, infrastructure, or other users' experience.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your kb22 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Players requesting self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons should explicitly state this so that the closure can be handled under kb22's responsible gaming procedures.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by kb22

kb22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, provision of false information, or any other conduct that kb22 determines to be contrary to the fair and secure operation of the platform.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kb22 may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email to their registered address before any inactivity fee is applied. Account reactivation is possible by logging in at any time.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kb22 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the kb22 platform.

kb22 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. kb22 will endeavour to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

kb22 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of decisions made while using the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, which are an inherent and accepted risk of participation in gambling activities. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money placed as bets or wagers.

Where a technical error results in a game outcome or bet settlement being incorrectly recorded, kb22 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and revert to the correct outcome. kb22 will not be liable for any losses arising from the correction of such errors beyond the return of the original stake.

10 Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

kb22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, we may also notify registered players by email to their registered address. Your continued use of the kb22 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with kb22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kb22 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
